Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of delivery. You can return your item by mail or visit us in-store for a quick exchange.
To start a return, please email hermanas.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with easy return instructions and mailing details.
Once approved, you can choose between an exchange, refund to the original payment method, or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Purchases made in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store only within 20 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the condition and stock availability, store credit may apply.
All sale or discounted items purchased in-store are final sale.

- Swimwear must include the original hygiene strip and tags attached.
- Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- A valid receipt or online order confirmation is required.

All sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit is complete.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credit will be provided as a digital gift card that can be used online or in-store.

We quality-check each piece before it leaves our boutique, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hermanas.business@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it right away.
